Body Composition Analysis

Have you ever wanted to know what your body was made up of? How hydrated are you? What proportion of your body weight is fat or muscle, and how do these values change over time?  

Starting a new eating or fitness routine, utilise body composition analysis to keep you on track. By monitoring key changes (i.e fat loss and muscle gain) you can adapt your nutrition and training, ensuring sustainable, long-term results.

Nutritional Analysis

A dietary review is a comprehensive assessment of your eating habits, nutritional status, and lifestyle factors.

The review provides personalised nutrition plans, helps manage chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, boosts energy levels, and supports weight management. It also helps with preventative health, improves athletic performance, and can enhance sleep quality by addressing diet and lifestyle patterns.

Everyday Movement Method

Staying physically active to improve strength and balance is key to getting the very best out of life.

These sessions are designed to help improve strength, mobility, balance and to help older adults who want to maintain independence and confidence in everyday movements.

Sessions can take place at our clinic or in the comfort of your own home. 

Option to do 1-2-1, bring a friend

or do as a small group.

8 x 60 minute sessions. 
Includes health & physiological review, body composition analysis, full nutritional review and 6x 1-2-1 gym based sessions. 

Body Composition Analysis
60 minute session.
Receive a full report of your body composition, % body fat, muscle, hydration levels and metabolic rate. Ideal to have benchmark results for health or to monitor progress as part of a new lifestyle routine. 
 

Nutritional Analysis
90 minute session.

A comprehensive assessment of your eating habits, nutritional status, and lifestyle factors.

Everyday Movement Method
Sessions designed to improve movement, walking mechanics, balance, speed and confidence.
