Running Gait Analysis

90 mins session

Includes assessment of movement quality through our functional movement screen and analysis of run technique using video gait analysis.

Welcome to our dedicated coaching session focussed on helping juniors run and move better.  

We assess running technique using video gait analysis and movement skills using our Dynamic Movement Skills®  kids’ analysis.

The session focuses on developing key motor skills to improve technique, speed, coordination, and confidence!
