We start the session with a Functional Movement Assessment to identify underlying imbalances or poor movement patterns that could be affecting your running form.  Move better before you move more.

We then complete a Video Gait Analysis where we film you on a treadmill to analyse your running technique.  Utilising software analysis we can clearly highlight any flaws you may have in your running form.

As a result of the Functional Movement Assessment and Video Gait Analysis we will be able to provide you with specific guidance to help you become a more efficient, injury resistant and faster runner.
