Utilising his 15 years working in elite sport, John’s aim is to provide support and expertise to the recreational athlete, whether they are a first timer just getting into a specific sport or activity or an experienced amateur targeting their next PB. JM Complete Fitness’s aim is to provide practical training solutions that previously were only available to the professional athlete.
