This session will review your current strength and conditioning utilising Functional Movement Assessment and Strength Analysis. As a result of the analysis we will be able to evaluate your current level of conditioning and highlight how this impacts on your running. We will introduce key conditioning exercises that will help you become a stronger, more efficient runner whilst at the same time reducing injury risk.

3 x 60 minute sessions include:

  • Assessment of current conditioning level for running

  • Identification of Injury Risk
  • 1-2-1 expert guidance to introduce and perfect run specific exercises
  • Individualised strength and conditioning programme

The Run Strong Conditioning Programme starts with a review of your current running, aspirations, injury history and unique training requirements. We will then complete a Functional Movement Assessment and to identify any weaknesses or imbalances and a Strength Analysis to assess your current run specific strength. The results of the movement analysis and the strength analysis will be used to design your individualised strength and conditioning programme. Over the next 2 sessions we will introduce, guide and review the exercises in your strength programme to you get optimum results. You will also receive a individualised training programme detailing training objectives, sets, reps and targeted weights.
